How long will my order take?
Each Grace & Glory Gown is lovingly made to order. Please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be manufactured before dispatch.
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and you will receive tracking information by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
No. As every Grace & Glory Gown is individually made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please ensure you have selected the correct size, design, personalisation details and delivery address before completing your purchase.
Can I return my order?
As all of our gowns are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personalised items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.
Our gowns have a comfortable, relaxed fit. If you are between sizes or prefer a more oversized feel, we recommend choosing the next size up.
How should I wash my gown?
For best results:
- Machine wash at 30°C
- Wash with similar colours
- Use a gentle cycle
- Tumble dry on a low heat or air dry naturally
- Do not iron directly onto the printed design
- Keep away from fire
Every gown is individually handmade to order. Pattern placement may vary slightly, making each piece beautifully unique.
Please note that colours may also appear slightlyw different depending on your screen or device settings.
What happens if my parcel is delayed or missing?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us and we will gladly assist by opening an enquiry with Royal Mail.
Grace & Glory Gowns is not responsible for parcels that have been marked as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are happy to ship internationally.
As international shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order, please contact us before placing your order for a personalised shipping quote.
Once we’ve confirmed the shipping cost, we’ll be happy to assist you with completing your purchase.
